When the Scale Doesn't Change
WEEKLY CLIENT RESOURCE
Good morning, Subscriber First Name,
This week's lesson is so crucial. It's maybe the most important one yet.
So much of the weight loss journey is a mental battle. You will unquestionably go through periods where you know you're doing everything right, but the scale doesn't budge - or even worse, creeps up a bit.
I've been there many times before and I get it - it's frustrating.
