Holy Trinity Workout, Baked Feta Egg Wraps

Holy Trinity Workout, Baked Feta Egg Wraps

"Most people will care more about their dinner tonight than your death."

If you're letting what other people think dictate your decisions in life, you're approaching it all wrong. Outside family members and maybe your very closest friends, no one is thinking about you, so you shouldn't think about them. Do what you wanna do, when you wanna do it.

20 Minute Workout of the Week: The Holy Trinity

The Holy Trinity. All you need is 20 minutes and a pull up bar.

Set a timer for 20 minutes on your phone, and then do as many pull ups, push ups, and dips as possible. THAT'S IT.

Use a chair for the dips. Do them in whatever order you want. Take whatever breaks you need. But don't you dare stop until the 20 minutes is up.

A goal of 50-100 each is a good one. Set a goal around whatever is realistic for you, track your results, and then aim to beat it next time.

Meal of the Week: Baked Feta and Egg Wraps
