6 Easy Meals When Eating Out

I'm keeping this week's email nice 'n practical.

Below are some high protein, high fiber meals to keep in mind when eating out, with a little bit of fun mixed in as well:

Chipotle - Bowl - No rice - Fajita veggies - Black beans - Double Meat (1x chicken, 1x steak) - Mild salsa - Shredded Cheese

High protein. Great volume. Easy to track.

Sushi Spot - 1 roll with cooked or raw fish (tuna/salmon) - Edamame or seaweed salad - Miso soup - Sashimi or nigiri on the side

Light, high protein. Avoids tempura bombs.

Italian - Grilled chicken or shrimp with marinara - Side of steamed or roasted veggies - A few bites of shared pasta or bread

Enjoyment without 2,000+ calories. Skip the cream-based everything.

Steakhouse - 6-8 oz filet or sirloin - Baked potato or sweet potato (butter on side) - Grilled asparagus or salad

Delicious and filling. Naturally balanced.

Brunch - Eggs + egg whites - Side of fruit - Half an order of pancakes or toast - Black coffee or sparkling water

Protein + fun. Doesn't lead to a nap and regret.

Fast Food (When Life Happens) - Grilled chicken sandwich - Bun or lettuce wrap - Side salad or apple slices - Water or Diet Coke

Still under control. You don't need to starve.

You can still eat out a lot and work towards your health goals. I definitely do.

Make these your go to meals this week to keep the cals in check and the protein high.

Stay well this week, Hal the Health Coach
