For anyone who is scared to get in the kitchen and doesn't know where to start, get an air fryer. It's so easy, you almost feel guilty when you use it.

General Air-Frying Tips: Preheat for even browning. Oil lightly with a spray bottle. Avoid overcrowding - leave space between pieces so air circulates. Flip or shake halfway through cooking. Monitor cooking and check 5 minutes before the estimated time ends. Use a thermometer: Chicken safe at 165F, fish at 145F, ground beef and pork at 160F.

Chicken: Bone-in breasts 380F 25-27 min, Boneless breasts 360F 18-22 min, Bone-in thighs 380F 18-22 min, Boneless thighs 380F 15-20 min, Wings 380-400F 16-18 min, Tenders 390F 10 min.

Beef: Steak (1 inch) 400F 7-14 min, Burgers 350F 8-10 min, Meatballs 375-400F 8-12 min.

Pork: Chops (1 in) 380-400F 12-15 min, Tenderloin 360-370F 18-25 min, Bacon 360F 5-9 min.

Fish and Seafood: Salmon 380-400F 7-10 min, Cod 370-380F 8-10 min, Shrimp 350-400F 5-10 min, Scallops 400F 5-10 min.

Vegetables: Asparagus 375-400F 4-8 min, Broccoli 380-400F 8-10 min, Brussels sprouts 350-380F 10-18 min, Cauliflower 400F 10-17 min, Sweet potato fries 380F 12-14 min, Zucchini 400F 8-12 min.
