METABOLIC TESTING OPPORTUNITY WITH HSS

Health Coaching with Hal has developed a partnership with the Sports Performance Center at the Hospital for Special Surgery in NYC. All my clients now have direct access to their Metabolic Testing facility, where tests can be administered such as: Resting Metabolic Rate Assessment, Aerobic Capacity Test (V02 Max), Aerobic Base Submaximal Test, Full Metabolic Profile, Race Pace Efficiency Test, Fitness 360 Assessment, Metabolic Blueprint.

My number one recommendation would be the V02 Max test. Numerous studies have demonstrated that scoring well on that test is highly correlated with longevity, so it's something we should all be keeping an eye on.
