I just prepped 10 meals in 45 minutes

"The long road is the shortcut."

5 breakfasts. 5 dinners / lunches. Prepped in 45 minutes on a Sunday evening. While watching Quarterbacks from the kitchen.

(Burrow is a G. Cousins is a weirdo. Goff is a dweeb).

Breakfast: Kreatures of Habit Overnight Oats - 1 packet of the oats - 1 scoop of Kion protein - 1 scoop Kion creatine - 1/2 cup of milk

I mix up 5 of these bowls at the same time and throw them in the fridge. Takes 10 minutes tops. Breakfast is locked and loaded for the entire week. I grab one in the morning and add a banana or blueberries. Since I'm bulking, I'll throw in some other toppings like Magic Spoon Cereal or pistachios. And sourdough bread with jam.

I had this for breakfast 7 out of 7 days this week. And I just made 5 for this week. Bowl o' gruel. Do I care what it looks like? No, I'm not a goddamm Instagram chef. I'm a real person who lives in the real world and eats real food from a real kitchen. Just a dude trying to get jacked who needs ridiculously easy meals to hit my calorie and macro targets.

While I was mixing up my bowls of gruel, I had an Egg / Feta Bake in the oven. Pre heat the oven to 400 degrees. In a baking dish coated with olive oil spray, add: 11 whole eggs, 1 cup liquid egg whites, 1 block of feta cheese, chopped veggies (bell peppers and spinach), salt and pepper. Bake for 25 minutes. Then mix it all up and eat it whenever you want.

Now I have this massive tub of cheesy eggs that will serve as the centerpiece of multiple dinners or lunches for Amy and I this week. I have high quality carb sources like Sourdough bread, Dave's Killer Bagels, and Mission Wraps in my cupboards that I'll dump the eggs into for various meals. For sides I'll zap some frozen veggies from the freezer in the microwave or throw some frozen Alexia fries in the air fryer.

45 minutes. 10 high quality meals fully aligned with my calories and macros. While watching Netflix. Now I barely have to think about most of my meals this week. All I gotta do is open the fridge and eat.

Stay well this week, Hal the Health Coach
