Back and Core Crusher, Chicken Meal Prep Recipe

Back and Core Crusher, Chicken Meal Prep Recipe

Today I'm giving another simple, but certainly not easy workout, and one quick, easy, and protein packed recipe:

Workout of the week: Back and Core Crusher Recipe of the week: Chicken Breast Meal Prep Recipe

Back and Core Crusher

Here's how it works, for time:

Do 20 Sitouts, followed by 5 pullups Repeat for 10 rounds, taking breaks as needed

That's it. In 10-20 minutes you will have knocked out 200 sitouts and 50 pull ups.

Chicken Breast Meal Prep Recipe

This one is so easy, and it turned out really tasty as well:

1. Grab a baking dish, coat it with avocado oil or extra virgin olive oil spray 2. Place as many chicken breasts as desired in the dish (I would recommend always cooking in bulk) 3. Coat the breasts heavily with seasonings of choice (I went with garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper) 4. Bake in the oven at 450 degrees for 20 minutes (or until internal temp hits 155 degrees F)

That is it.

I cooked 2 pounds of chicken breast on a Sunday.

The entire operation, start to finish, took about 30 minutes, with most of that time spent waiting for the chicken to cook.

And the chicken provided the centerpiece of 3-4 different lunches / dinners that week.

Once you have the chicken, your meal is 75% built. You can: - Eat the breast as is and add a couple veggies on the side to complete your meal - Add it to a salad - Make a wrap or sandwich out of it

I always have frozen broccoli and sweet potatoes in my fridge that can be seasoned and zapped in the microwave for 5 mins to add to any meal.

It's quicker, easier, cheaper, and healthier to prep your food like this.

There are really zero downsides, because once you just give it a shot, you realize how much easier it actually is.

Throw some chicken in the oven this weekend.

And do the Core and Back Crusher while it's cooking.

Let me know how it goes.
